We cannot provide travel refund.
ACCOMODATION
The organization of the Workshop will provide accomodation and meals for the duration of the workhop. Please let us know if you need any particular arrangement concerning your meals.
WEATHER AND CLOTHING
July is usually one of the most pleasant summer months in Galicia. As a general rule, days should be warm and
evenings quite temperate. Casual clothing is recommended.
THE WORKSHOP
All Workshop sesions will be held in Vigo (city centre). The language of the conference will be English. Please read the tips on preparing for the workshop on the conference website, and note that sessions will start and finish on time. Participants are expected to stay for the full duration of the workshop, and attend and all sessions.
SOCIAL PROGRAM
We will organize a special dinner on Tuesday night, and a white water rafting in the Miño River on Wednesday. The rafting is enjoyable and not at all dangerous. Past participants have enjoyed it tremendously. We will share details in due time - if you are interested, don't forget to bring a bathing suit and suitable footwear you don't mind getting wet.
